Designed by an elderly couple, this project mainly seeks an optimized area for relaxing on the weekends together with the necessary privacy for sporadic visitors and so it was decided to provide a simple rectangular area intercepted by a higher volume that gives a sense of achievement to the main entrance.

The plans of the house were designed with the idea of a lengthwise centerpiece that splits up into the different smaller areas, such as bedrooms, dining rooms as well as areas to be shared and which makes its way toward the private patio of the house where the best views are to be found.
